Policies

1. Shipping: We strive to make ready to ship items so please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped. We ship USPS First-Class mail as well as ship internationally. International orders will take up to 3-4 weeks for arrival. Once an order has been placed you will receive an email confirming your order. When your package has been shipped you will receive another email with tracking information. Once the package is handed off to USPS Bebe Bird Shop is no longer responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.    

 

2. Returns: If your item is damaged/defective or you are not satisfied, we will replace your item within 7 days. Due to being handmade, items may have slight imperfections. However, we strive to make quality products for your little ones.
